On April 30, 2019, MJ, a Saint-Martin from the age of twenty-nine, was attacked. He received several stab wounds on the sides and filed a complaint with the gendarmerie. For the purposes of the investigation, the prosecutor requests that his home be visited by the gendarmes. They will discover a plastic bag inside which are small sachets containing almost 100 grams of cannabis herb and seven doses of cocaine.
MJ will therefore be the subject of a second investigation in which he will be warned. He was summoned on January 23 before the Saint-Martin local court. At the bar he explained that he had found the cocaine one day on the ground, that he had picked it up.
"A friend told me I could make money with it, so I kept it," he said, but denied that he was a dealer. “I legally buy cannabis on the Dutch side. I sold it to friends and with the money I bought things for my child, ”he said. He also admitted to consuming it “to calm down”.
