Attacks in Brussels: reaction of the president

"Europe has, once again, been the target of terrorist attacks (...) the Collectivity of Saint-Martin, represented by all of the elected representatives of the territorial council and the entire population, is on the side of the France to condemn these acts with the utmost firmness, and address all its compassion to the injured, the families of the victims and the Belgian people as a whole.
