Following their mobilization on Wednesday, November 28 to block the demolition site started two days earlier, the merchants of the sea lodge filed a complaint against Semsamar and the Collectivity for endangering the lives of others. They consider that it is dangerous to have started to demolish part of the building while their shops and restaurants are still open and open to the public.
They are awaiting a response from the administrative court to their request for suspension of the site (summary), filed by their council at the beginning of the week. And are already planning a march from the sea hostel to the Collectivity next Wednesday (December 5) in order to meet President Daniel Gibbs (subject to authorization from the prefecture).
