The Collectivity asks the sellers of the tourist market of Marigot continuing to store their goods in suction vehicles parked on the public domain, to take all the necessary measures to immediately stop this activity.
Otherwise, the Collectivity will be obliged to remove the vehicles concerned from the public domain. The community would like to point out that this operation will be carried out at the expense of the owners. Vehicles that do not meet the regulatory conditions for driving on public roads may then be destroyed. Those in roadworthy condition will be returned to their owners only if they present all the administrative obligations: the insurance must be renewed and the technical control in order.
