After 18 months of training, Greta and its partners, Pôle Emploi and CCISM, published last Wednesday the results of the BTM pastry, confectioner, ice cream and caterer. This year, the success rate is 72%.
Among the 12 participants in this training, only 7 students took part in the final exams. After the tests, 5 candidates obtained their diploma. The students had two exams: a theoretical one at the local Greta and another practical at the end of May in the laboratory and in the kitchen of the versatile high school of the Northern Islands. They then presented a brief. The two participants, having missed their BTM, will be able to repeat the training next year while keeping their good grades, said Janine Hamlet, president of Greta. This year, the young Saint-Martin Bayard obtained the best average, 15,76 out of 20. During the ceremony, one of the judges Ramothe Abyjaha advised these professionals to exercise this profession with the heart because there is almost no leave. KL
