As part of the maintenance of good working relations between the Dutch and French immigration services, a working visit was organized on Friday January 17, between KPSM Immigration and their PAF counterparts.
The Sint Maarten visitor group was made up of members of the new immigration and border control service of the KPSM and the KMar.
Immigration personnel visited various border controls on the French side, under the direction of PAF officials, namely the detention center at Concordia, the Marigot ferry terminal, the commercial port of Galisbay and the airport of Grand Case
During this meeting, an overview of French legislation and work systems was presented to the Dutch police. An exchange between the different services which was considered beneficial. _AF
