Following the identification of a positive case of Covid within the Solidarity and Families Delegation of the Collectivity (DSF) at the end of last week, the Collectivity proceeded to disinfect the premises according to the protocols in force.
The DSF was exceptionally closed last Monday and received the public exclusively by appointment the rest of the week, with all health precautions.
The ARS and the Collectivity immediately proceeded to identify the contact cases.
The Collectivity explains the ARS told him last Wednesday (August 19) that the agents identified "contact cases" have all been screened. The tests came back negative.
"Vigilance remains in order, the ARS recalls that the virus is circulating in the territory of Saint-Martin and that only compliance with barrier gestures will be able to stem the circulation of COVID 19", notes the Collectivity which adds that it has reinforced its vigilance as soon as 'she learned of the positive results of an agent from the Family Solidarity Center. A certain number of measures were also introduced in the wake. In particular, the disinfection and in-depth cleaning of the sites (Délégation Solidarité Familles, Maisons de Solidarité et Familles de Concordia and Quartier d'Orléans, Center Médico-Social and STEMO).
Personal protective equipment was made available to employees of the Collective. “The maintenance staff are very regularly made aware of the cleaning protocols and the respect of barrier gestures. Wearing a mask is made compulsory in all community services open to the public or operating in open space. The local agents are reminded of the barrier gestures on a regular basis, ”explains the Collectivity once again.
The Family Solidarity Delegation and its annexes reopen their doors to the public, from today, with all the necessary health precautions.
