Frenet school: the trial of managers, their children and a Pôle Emploi agent dismissed

On September 1, 2017, the rectorate announced the interruption of the activity of the Frenet and Victor Schoelcher schools in Saint-Martin, rue Augustin Baker in Concordia. At the same time, the representatives of the two establishments managed by the Ecole Frenet association were the subject of a police investigation. The couple are suspected of having embezzled part of the money from registrations for their own benefit and of not having declared employees. He is also being prosecuted for fraud at Pôle Emploi with the complicity of an agent also implicated in the affair.

The couple and their two children are prosecuted; the charges depending on their involvement in the scam. The couple's villa in Orient Bay was seized judicially at the start of the year. In addition, judicial liquidation proceedings have been initiated against the association Ecole Frenet.

The defendants are summoned Thursday June 21 before the criminal court of Saint-Martin, but the trial will be postponed for medical reason on behalf of the family lawyer. (more details on www.soualigapost.com)
