At the start of the week, eco-delegated students from the Roche Gravée de Moho middle school in Quartier d'Orléans went on an outing to the Salines d'Orient pond in the company of Vincent Oliva, the organizer of the National Natural Reserve of Saint- Martin.

The students were able to familiarize themselves with the ecosystem of the mangrove, the 4 species of mangroves present in St Martin (red, black, white and grey), and 6 species of birds present at the time of the observation (royal tern, great egret, snowy egret, brown pelican, redhorse, little tern)._AF
