An individual domiciled in Morlaix in Finistère in Brittany was arrested when he was to receive drugs by post from Saint-Martin.
An envelope with his address in Morlaix and containing 30 grams of cocaine was intercepted at the end of 2017 at Guadeloupe airport in the cargo area by the customs services. He indicated to the investigators that he had posted it himself in Saint-Martin and that the drug was intended for his personal consumption. The investigation was carried out by the Octris locally but the defendant will be tried next year by the Brest court.
