FIDAL / FEDOM: towards better economic development

An agreement was signed last week in Paris between the first business law firm in France and in continental Europe (FIDAL) and the Federation of Overseas Companies (FEDOM), the federation announced by way of hurry. This partnership, whose objective is to contribute “to the development of the overseas economy”, should make it possible to develop “the influence” of the following territories: the North Islands, Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, Mayotte, New Caledonia, Polynesia, Reunion, Saint-Pierre and Miquelon and Wallis and Futuna. Members will benefit in particular from tax expertise.
