The deadline for filing declarations of income received in 2022 has been extended to June 15, 2023 by the Collectivity of Saint-Martin.
The Collectivity has therefore decided to postpone by 15 days the deadline for declaring income tax for the year 2022. Taxpayers will therefore have until June 15 to file their declaration with the Public Finance Center of Saint-Martin.
A 10% increase will be applied by the tax services to any declaration filed after this date. The Collectivity of Saint-Martin has decided to exercise its discretionary power by offering Saint-Martin taxpayers an additional 15 days to allow them to fulfill their reporting obligations.
Income tax returns must be filed as follows:
– By post to the Center des Finances Publiques de Saint-Martin (CFP), 16 rue JJ Fayel – BP 1084 – 97061 Saint-Martin Cedex.
– Deposit in the mailbox located at the entrance of the CFP, at Concordia
