You are high school seniors, bac+2 and bac+3 students. You wish to continue your studies in mainland France, the chosen course does not exist or is saturated in Guadeloupe and Saint-Martin, the Prefecture of the Northern Islands and the Collectivity of Saint-Martin inform you of the extension of the application campaign for the "Future Framework" scheme until July 31, 2023.
The new version of the local system launched in April 2023 aims to promote the training of local executives to support the development of Saint-Martin. Students with high potential and motivation are selected for university training in France in a sector under pressure. The student is accompanied from his entry into the program in his administrative and material procedures until his integration into employment on his return. In return for the aid paid for the duration of the training, and up to a maximum of 5 years, the student undertakes to return to work in Saint-Martin for a period equivalent to the duration of the receipt of the aid.
The program includes:
• Assistance with administrative procedures, advice for success in mobility,
• Psychopedagogical support,
• A fixed monthly allowance of approximately €800 throughout the training period (school holidays included),
• Support for integration when returning to the territory after obtaining their diploma
• Coverage of transport to reach the place of study (in full for state scholarship holders, or 50% for non-scholarship holders).
Candidates, in initial or continuing training, must present their motivation and their professional project towards jobs in demand for which there is no training locally or it is saturated. Higher education must come either from a buoyant sector or from a sector in tension, faced with difficulties in recruiting executives.
