Francis Bouyer, new sub-prefect

Francis Bouyer, 41, is the new sub-prefect in charge of the mission with Jacques Billant, prefect of the Guadeloupe region, representative of the State in Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin, announced the prefecture.

Succeeding Régine Pam, he was appointed by decree of the President of the Republic François Hollande on December 5, 2016. Since last September, he has held the post of assistant deputy director for vocational training at the General Delegation of Employment and vocational training (DGEFP).

Previously, Mr. Bouyer was notably technical advisor to the cabinet of George Pau-Langevin, and editor in charge of European security and defense policy in the service of the CFSP, at the Franco-German mission of the European Union direction, d 'after state services.
