The Bleu de Perse store in Hope Estate is offering its 2nd cooking workshop on Friday, December 17 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. A new concept proposed by Chef Christophe BOUTROY during which 12 apprentices will be able to learn to cook with a Gault & Millau chef.
A delicious moment of sharing and exchanges in the middle of an original furnishing surrounded by a refined decoration.
On the menu for this second workshop: waltz of foie gras, marbled with gingerbread and Sauternes, deglazed with raspberry vinegar, and Amaretto candies.
