IMPORTANT INFO: Prefectural decree fixing the closing of shops at 18 p.m. from March 21


Article 1er : In order to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, and to ensure public safety and that of traders, the store closing time is set at 18 p.m.

Article 2 - Non-execution: In the absence of execution of this decree, it may be carried out automatically. The defaulting trader is liable to criminal or administrative sanctions.

Article 3 - Time limits and means of appeal: This decision may be the subject of a contentious appeal before the administrative court within two months from its notification or publication. It can be entered by the “Citizen Telerecours” computer application accessible via the website

Article 4 - Duration of the measure: This provision applies until April 15, 2020.

Article 5 - Execution: The secretary general of the prefecture of Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin, the commander of the gendarmerie company of Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin, are bound, each as far as he is concerned, to execute of this decree, which will be published in the collection of administrative acts, and notified to traders
