Following the definitive closure of the Administrative City of the Collectivity located at No. 6 Rue Jean-Jacques FAYEL in Concordia, the Living Environment and Ecological Transition delegation of the Collectivity of Saint-Martin informs its users of the relocation of two departments under the "Urban Development and Housing" department.
The Department of Regional Planning and Urban Development and the Land Department are now located on two different reception sites:
- The “La Créoline” building located at No. 9 Rue Félix EBOUE in Marigot is home to:
– The department’s one-stop shop
– The management of the department
– The urban planning department (department of regional planning and urban development)
– The land management
- Fort St Louis Annex, located on the Fort Saint-Louis road in Marigot :
– The Urban Planning Police Service (Territory and Urban Planning Department)
Users wishing to carry out administrative procedures relating to these sectors are invited to go to the indicated locations. This transitional organization aims to ensure the continuity of public service, while awaiting the establishment of a permanent organization.
