A perfect opportunity to discover the history of the saltworks of Grand-Case, the Old House of Quartier d'Orléans and the Guavaberry of Colombier. This year, 155 people attended the European Heritage Days in Saint-Martin, proof of the population's enthusiasm for discovering and rediscovering the historical riches of the territory. On Saturday morning, about sixty people divided into two groups listened attentively to the history of the saltworks presented by Christophe Henocq who enhanced the presentation with archival documents. The visit of the Old House, led by Marc Yokoyama, attracted about twenty people while the visits of the production of Guavaberry, an emblematic wild berry of our island, presented by Louis Maccow fascinated 35 people on Saturday and about forty for the Sunday sessions. _Vx
