JUSTICE: Relaxed for building a deck without a license

In October, the local court of Saint-Martin examined JM's town planning case. In Grand Case in 2018, JM as a tenant built a deck in violation of town planning rules, precisely without having requested a building permit from the COM.

However, it turns out that JM is not responsible for the construction because he carried it out at the request of the owner. It was therefore up to the latter to apply for a building permit and not to JM. The owner was heard in the investigation but was wrongly not prosecuted. JM was therefore released.
