On Sunday, September 13, 2020, the Soualiga United collective is launching a call for Unitary Mobilization for the opening of borders, the lifting of checkpoints and, consequently, the affirmation of our community of destiny.
On Wednesday September 16, a sea of human beings swept over the Bellevue road, waving the flag of Saint-Martin unity. Demonstrators of all social classes, of all origins, of all faiths, of all colors, (a rainbow nation) put their lives in danger in the midst of a pandemic to defend the Unity of the people of Saint-Martin. What a beautiful proof of love and attachment to a heritage.
This Unitary Mobilization resulted in a historic victory for Saint-Martin.
For this, the Soualiga United Collective says a big THANK YOU to everyone, from the bottom of their hearts for having contributed to this historic victory!
However, if we have won the battle for Unity, the war against Covid-19 continues. Together, we will win it too.
It is in this spirit that Soualiga United calls for a great Unitary Mobilization in order to help stem the spread of the virus.
