The meeting place for French haute cuisine 


The Saint-Barth Gourmet Festival will be back from November 2 to 5, 2017. The sponsor of this fourth edition, organized by the Saint-Barthélemy Tourism Committee, is Eric Frechon, chef of the three-star restaurant Epicure at the Hotel Le Bristol in Paris, and best worker in France. Succeeding Christian Le Squer, he will be surrounded by six chefs who will offer a menu in several services during the dinners of this event. Among the chefs, Jérôme Faure, Michelin-starred chef at Le Champ des Lunes at Domaine de Fontenille, guest of the Eden Rock hotel, and Andréa Berton, chef of the Berton al Lago restaurant in Come, guest of the Le Sereno hotel. Since 2013, this festival has made it possible to discover the island through its gastronomy. _EH
