Jeanne Rogers-Vanterpool took part in the round table “Traditional and dynamic structuring sectors on the move”. After a presentation of the territory and its statutory evolution, the president mentioned the weaknesses and strengths of the island. Lack of infrastructure; strength of the Euro; financial difficulties of the Collectivity, these are some of the points raised in the chapter of the problems. “Fortunately, we also have assets, and among them a major element: the famous French Touch which is very popular with American tourists”, continues the president, citing in particular the attractive fiscal conditions of Saint-Martin which “has everything for succeed ”.
