Monday she met the students of the Clair Saint-Maximin school in Quartier d'Orléans and found on the Grand Case beach two classes of sixth grade from Mont des Accords middle school during their swimming lessons.

The Olympic vice-champion is an education ambassador at Paris 2024. Beyond organizing a sporting event, the Paris 2024 committee wants "all of society to benefit from the legacy left by the Games".

Emmeline Ndongue thus goes to schools in mainland France and overseas to talk about sport and its values ​​with children; "We know that athletes have a great influence on children," emphasizes Damien Combredet, Sport and Society manager, who accompanies Emmeline in Saint-Martin.

"We want to strengthen sport in education and encourage its practice," says the latter.
