All owners of these vessels are requested to take the necessary measures to end the occupation of the public domain, to carry out the operations making it possible to put an end to the risks caused, to ensure the organization of the removal of these ships or wrecks, within 1 month from the date of signature of the attached publications.

These publications will be widely distributed, displayed at the Port, on the Marinas and on each of the ships and wrecks concerned, in the presence of a bailiff from the CAUCHEFER Cabinet and thanks to the assistance of the Nautical Brigade the Compagnie de Gendarmerie de Saint Martin et Saint Barthélémy and the company Jonathan Boat Services (JBS).
