Daniel Gibbs, the deputy for Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy, spoke last week in the National Assembly as part of a general discussion on the bill on the reimbursement of airport taxes - when a theft is not carried out - by Jean-Marie Tétart, deputy for Yvelines. “This is a common sense proposition which aims to guarantee the effectiveness and knowledge of existing law. It aims to improve transparency on the composition of the price of plane tickets and strengthen information for consumers. Taxes indeed represent a significant part of the plane ticket ”, indicated Mr. Gibbs at the opening of his speech. The speech is available on the Assembly's website, video section.
