Florence Poirier-Nkpa of the Head Made Factory Collective (HMF) is back from Morocco where she worked in artist residency in Tétouan. The visual artist will present his works tomorrow in Jarry in Guadeloupe and at the start of the school year in Saint-Martin. It is thanks to the "Elsewhere" residency program, supported by the Department of Cultural Affairs (DAC) of Guadeloupe and by the Collectivity of Saint-Martin, that his project came to fruition. Within the Green Oliv Art House structure for a month, her “Avatars” were nourished by “new meetings and a Moroccan culture rich in welcoming traditions”, she specifies on her website. This place welcomes many artists in various disciplines for residencies between two and twelve weeks. _EH
