The Saint-Martin Rugby Union fights on all fronts to train its players and educators in best practices.
The St Martin Rugby Union and the Archiball regularly organize tutorials and matches to develop the level of play of their players. Last Saturday, the Archiball received the Union U10s for a friendly meeting.
These initiatives, without removing the spirit of competition, contribute to creating healthy competition and above all allow players to regularly practice rugby.
In order to bring even more knowledge to its young rugby players, the Saint-Martin Rugby Union, thanks to the unexpected financial assistance of the charity evening of Sol et Luna, Totem Wine and the support of the company Orange Caribbean, decided to involve its U12 and U14 players in an exceptional advanced training course, in Guadeloupe, organized by the Good Luck club, and led by Stade Toulousain coaches, Sam LACOMBE and Emile N'TAMACK.
This unique event will take these children on a journey, introduce them to the best coaches and allow them to meet rugby players from other horizons while improving their practices.
The children will be accommodated in a host family of young Guadeloupe rugby players, allowing enriching exchanges between St Martin and Guadeloupe.
The coaches of the St Martin Rugby Union, Davy, Linky, Anthony, Victor and Jean Daniel will also make the trip for technical training as a coach.
The improvement of their training is part of the training of coaches desired by the French Rugby Federation.
The Saint-Martin Rugby Union trains every Friday evening, on Orient Beach, while awaiting the end of the ongoing refurbishment of the Grand-Case stadium.
