In the early morning hours of Saturday, November 25, emergency services responded to multiple calls reporting a house fire at the intersection of Back Street and Long Wall Road.
Around 5 a.m., the police headquarters received several distress calls, prompting police patrols and firefighters to act quickly at the scene of the fire.
Arriving on site, firefighters found that the house was completely engulfed in flames. Quick efforts by fire department personnel, however, prevented the fire from spreading to adjacent structures.
Despite all the significant resources deployed, the residence was destroyed, leaving it in a state of ruin. Luckily, the fire caused no injuries. A car parked in front of the property also suffered significant damage due to the spread of the flames.
