1565,30 euros. This is the amount collected by the Cariboule Club at the end of the triplets tournament organized in support of the young Cali who has been fighting against the disease in mainland France since January 2024.
There are causes that unite and that supported by the Cariboule club for the benefit of the young Saint-Martin resident Cali, 12 years old, suffering from leukemia cannot leave anyone indifferent. A great outpouring of solidarity mobilized, on Sunday May 19, many pétanque enthusiasts, all present to provide their support to the family of the young fighter, forced to leave Saint-Martin with her mother to seek treatment in mainland France.
Cali's dad who had to stay on the island to take care of his other daughter, Loanne, was present at the Nettle Bay bowling alley. The opportunity for Yohann to warmly thank the players from Saint-Martin and Saint-Barth gathered for this day marked by generosity and support.
In addition to the 1565,30 euros collected during the tournament, members of the ABSB association of Saint-Barth and Friendly Caribbean Beach Tennis also joined the Cariboule club by collecting an additional €888.75.
