The association "Les Archers de Saint-Martin" is organizing an Open Day on Sunday February 27 on its site (shooting pitch) located in Galisbay (behind the Grand Saint-Martin).
Throughout the day (from 10 a.m. to 17 p.m.), the public is invited to discover archery through various activities.
It will be possible to learn about this sporting discipline, to shoot balloons hung on targets, to recognize arcs, etc.
No knowledge of this sport is required, however advice will be given by the club's experienced shooters before the start of the events.
Many prizes will be up for grabs throughout this day which promises to be sporty but also festive.
A food stand and a refreshment stand will be available to visitors.
This “Open Doors” day aims on the one hand to make people discover this sport but also to promote the association and attract new members.
As a reminder, the club is open to children and adults, training takes place three times a week.
