The National Council for the Protection of Nature and the Ministry for Ecological and Inclusive Transition are renewing their partnership: they have adopted the renewal of the national action plans (NAP) concerning marine turtles in the French Antilles and iguanas from the Lesser Antilles to 5 years in Saint-Martin, Guadeloupe and Martinique. According to the regional prefecture, "the 5 species of sea turtles that frequent the waters of the department are concerned by the PNA (...) these populations are subject to numerous threats", state services recalled in the press. .
