If he now excels in the kitchen of his restaurant Le Brédas on the Saint-Joseph peninsula (Martinique), this Master Chef of France, member of the Culinary Academy and Knight of the National Order of Merit (2015) he has built a solid reputation thanks to the high standards of his mixed dishes. Jean-Charles Brédas will leave his mark on the third edition of the Gastronomy Festival by collaborating on the main events: running cooking workshops (November 15 to 19), member of the jury, cooking demonstrations in the Gastronomy village (17 to November 19); the chef will also be behind the stove during the sponsors' evening (November 20) and the closing evening (November 22).
